I needed a replacement and expected it to be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. I emailed them and got a quick response, which I appreciated. The process wasn’t complicated, and the replacement arrived in good condition. They kept me updated, though I do think the communication could’ve been a little more detailed at times. "A fun little gift with a nice purpose"
I bought a small plot mostly as a bit of fun, and I wasn’t totally sure if it would feel silly or not. But I did like reading that it helps support conservation in Scotland. The pack arrived without any issues, and my dad got a proper laugh out of being called a “lord.” It’s still a novelty gift, I guess, but it feels nicer knowing that some of the money is going toward protecting nature instead of just buying another random present

"I liked that the charity information was easy..."
I liked that the charity information was easy to find and didn’t feel hidden or vague. To me, if a gift site is going to mention giving back, it should be clear about it. This one felt more trustworthy than a lot of others I looked at, so I felt comfortable going with it.

"We stopped by the Highland Titles estate last..."
We stopped by the Highland Titles estate last week and had a really nice time. The walk was lovely, our plot was easy enough to find, and the staff we spoke to were all really friendly. It was a bit muddy in places, but I suppose that’s just Scotland! Did anyone else find it quite muddy when they visited? Still, it made for a great wee day out...

I wasn’t totally sure about the whole Lord title thing at first, so I actually read through the details before buying. What arrived was pretty much exactly what they described. The certificate looks nice for a souvenir title, and I appreciated that they weren’t acting like it was some official legal peerage. For the price, I felt like it was a decent little gift and the paperwork was honest. No weird surprises, which is really all I wanted...

"Nice quality, but packaging needs work"
The certificate and folder both felt really nice quality, so I was happy with that. The only letdown was the delivery packaging, which could definitely be better. If that doesn’t improve, I might have to look elsewhere next time.

"Fun little gift with a nice Scottish spot"
Got my plot details through and the location was easy to figure out, which I appreciated because maps can send me down a rabbit hole sometimes. It’s near Glencoe, and from what I’ve seen it looks like a really lovely part of Scotland. I’ve never been, but now I’m kind of tempted to add it to the imaginary travel list I keep making and never actually planning properly. Anyway, it was a fun gift and cool to see the exact spot on the map. Happy with it overall

I was a little nervous about the personalisation because with names and dates, even one tiny mistake would be really noticeable. But everything came out exactly right, the names were spelled correctly, the date matched what I typed, and nothing looked altered or out of place. It was just as I entered it when ordering, which was a relief. Really happy with how it turned out
